Welcome to Casa Tabachines, a premiere ocean view property in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just 25 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on Mexico's Pacific coast.  This rapidly growing area--from just north of the Puerto Vallarta airport--is quickly becoming known as Riviera Nayarit. 

A beautiful Mexican Villa, Casa Tabachines looks out onto the Bahia de Banderas, north towads Punta Mita and south past the high rises of Nuevo Vallarta and beyond to Puerto Vallarta.  Sailboats are tethered out front, just beyond the new La Cruz de Huanacaxtle marina, currently under construction.

Laze around the lap pool then take a few steps down to the next terraced level where you can pull up a lounger and relax in the shade of banana trees, then down a few more steps to your own palapa--on a sand covered terrace. The sandy beach is just a few more steps down, through a locked gate. A great swimming beach is just a 10 minute walk away, or take a swim in your own glorious lap pool.

Casa Tabachines boasts 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people--two king beds and two twin beds, convertible to a king. Experience the romance of sleeping under mosquito nets floating in the ocean breeze, or sleep deeply in an air conditioned paradise. It’s your choice.

The Master bath is larger than most bedrooms and has a shower that looks on to its own private garden.

Maid service is provided 6 times a week and purified water is provided at no additional charge. The house has cable TV and wireless internet service--bring your laptop.

A feeling of overwhelming relaxation and privacy are yours, even though you are but a short stroll from many wonderful restaurants in La Cruz and a few minutes away from neighbouring Bucerias.  Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about 35 minutes away and is easily accessible by car or bus.

Should you choose to do your own cooking or have one of our great Mexican cooks prepare a meal for you (at an additional fee), there is a brand new stainless steel kitchen with tumbled marble countertops.

Our knowledgeable English/Spanish speaking property managers will meet you on your arrival to answer any questions you might have.  They can help you arrange for an onsite massage, manicure and/or pedicure.  What luxury!
